Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering the opportunity to work with cats and dogs in a well-rounded clinical environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves delivering a full scope of GP responsibilities alongside some urgent care work, including wellness exams, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. Veterinarians will be responsible for diagnostics, treatment planning, and building strong client relationships through clear communication. Full-time doctors work four days per week with a rotating half-day Saturday schedule, and there are no after-hours emergency duties. Part-time options are open to discussion. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice offers a full scope of GP services alongside urgent care, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with an in-house blood machine, digital radiography, ultrasound, TonoVet, and Avimark medical software.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a great team of support staff, contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
