What You’ll Do

• Provide Urology outpatient clinic coverage and surgical procedures as needed
• Conduct patient assessments and examinations in accordance with scope of practice
• Manage patient follow-ups, pre-op, and post-op care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Support the facility’s mission by providing reliable locum coverage during the provider’s leave

What You Need

• Valid NM Medical License (must be active at time of start)
• Prior Urology experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Clean professional background; must have a good standing history for temporary privileges
• Ability to commit to at least 1-2 weeks per month, starting in Nov or Dec 2025

About the Assignment
This assignment is at a leading facility in Los Alamos, NM. The provider will be covering outpatient clinics and surgical procedures with no call responsibilities. The role requires flexibility to provide coverage for up to 12 weeks, supporting a Urologist on leave. The schedule offers a predictable daytime routine, with a focus on clinic and OR coverage during weekdays.
