This individual will oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, manage the month-end and year-end close processes, maintain general ledger integrity, support financial reporting activities, support systems and process improvement initiatives, annual audit coordination, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, and play a significant role in annual audit coordination and internal control oversight. The position offers a unique combination of accounting leadership, operational involvement, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 7+ years of progressive accounting experience from either public accounting or industry, or mix Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Prior leadership, supervisory, or team management experience Experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support activities Track record of driving process improvements and collaborating across departments Strong communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
