This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience while representing the company.Plumber Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.Install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and plumbing piping.Perform drain cleaning and sewer line diagnostics.Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.Complete plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance.Educate customers on repair and replacement options.Provide accurate documentation, estimates, and service reports using company software.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.Follow all local plumbing codes and company safety standards.Participate in on-call rotation as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.Plumber Requirements:Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and general plumbing service.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license preferredKeywords: Plumber technician, Plumber repair, Residential Plumbing
