WE ARE HIRING NOW! Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Rockwall is looking for a strong children's hair stylist for steady shifts covering 15-20 hours per week with a focus on high-volume weekends to join our high performing and fun team. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a salon for primarily kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

Salon Overview:
Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Rockwall opened in June 2025 and has grown steadily since day one. In its first year, the salon won the Sharkey's "Rising Star" award for being the top performing salon in its first year of business. The salon is privately owned by a Rockwall family (not a nameless/faceless corporate entity) and is proud to serve the Rockwall and surrounding communities with outstanding service and stylists. The salon has the highest Google review ratings of any Sharkey's salon in the country!

Hair Stylist Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional client experience.
Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.
Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
Ability to work with kids.
Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Must have active cosmetology or barber license.
