Schedule:Sunday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Providingthe highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaininga friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all tim
- Handlingconfidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA andconfidentiality policies
- Answeringand routingcalls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy
- Greetingand completingestablished check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested
- Receiving and transmittingmail, packages and messages for clients
- Keepinglobby and desk area clean and presentable
- Performingother duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
- Demonstratinghonesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property
- Arrivingfor work on time and adheres to the program’s attendance policies
- Demonstratingthe ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and completingduties in the allotted time
- Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program’s emergency preparedness plan, emergency and security procedures
- Participatingin all mandatory training and attends in-service training as required
QualificationsQualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma and/orGED
- Must have1-2 yearsof front desk experience;hotel experienceis highly desirable
- Must possess a high level of communication andexcellentcustomer service skills.
- Experience with billing or admissions processes in a healthcare setting are highly desirable.
