Salesforce Engineering Manager

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the tactical adoption and innovative execution of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while operating in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key responsibilities Manage and mentor the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring efficient delivery of technical solutions and adherence to deployment standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the enterprise roadmap and drive architectural evolution Implement Agile and DevOps processes to enhance sprint efficiency and resolve technical blockers, maintaining platform stability and compliance Required qualifications 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce platform ecosystem, including 3+ years in an engineering leadership role Strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado Proven experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity within production environments Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
