To learn more, visit us at Job Description The Senior RFP Writer's responsibilities will be to collect and maintain responses to requests for proposal (RFP) and to assist the RFP Manager with preparing each section of an RFP response. This person will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a database for storing and ongoing validation of previous responses. They will be tasked with making changes to bring a consistent tone to sections from different writers, ensure the content matches the RFP, and include standard or approved proposal language according to company policy. The Proposal Analyst will follow up with team members to get feedback and revisions and ensure that the proposal development stays on schedule. The analyst will work with internal stakeholders to ensure data and responses stay updated on a regular basis and can be used for other questionnaires. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance (desired) A minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in RFP writing for financial services. Qvidian/Upland experience would be a plus.
