Project ManagerPartner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and success metrics.Balance competing priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality execution in a dynamic environment.Create, improve, and streamline operational processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across projects and teams.Proactively resolve issues before escalation.Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams.Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution.Drive accountability across project teams.Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to support successful delivery outcomes.Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and status communications.Support change management initiatives and process adoption across teams.Leverage technology, automation and AI-powered tools to improve workflows, reporting, collaboration and operational efficiency.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business and operational challenges.Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments and stakeholders across all organizational levels.Manage multiple assignments and priorities independently while remaining adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment.Manage contract backlog to revenue goals.Claim contract lines in accordance with billing and Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.Demonstrated influence and leadership ability in a matrixed environment.Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several assignments and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy, organization, and consistency across project plans, documentation, communications, and deliverables.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Visio), AI productivity and collaborative platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power Automate, MS Teams).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Proven expertise in process creation and documentation, continuous improvement and operational streamlining initiatives.Excellent organizational, negotiation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining trusted relationships cross-functionally at all organizational levels.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively drive results.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with high attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Demonstrates adaptability and resourcefulness when navigating changing priorities, evolving client needs, and complex project challenges while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to travel minimally for business meetings.Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably within a SaaS or automotive technology environment.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Accounting experience preferred.
