Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment Specialist provides face‑to‑face personal service to consumers, their families, guardians, and case managers in Alabama. The position is remote with daily travel required. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Conduct enrollment process with the person served and their support circle in a timely manner. Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate. Recommend improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent future issues and enhance service experience. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Uphold company values and mission. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing/Communication preferred. Experience relevant to the position will be considered. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of experience in a related field. Strong oral and written communication skills. Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes. Strong ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Have or be willing to obtain a Notary Public license. WORK ENVIRONMENT Remote office setting and community‑based settings. Frequent travel required. BENEFITS Flexible paid time off.
