Role Description The Truck Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, MI. This role is responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver Shatila products to local and regional customers and distribution points. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, loading and unloading products, securing cargo, and completing delivery documentation. The Truck Driver follows route schedules, adheres to company and DOT safety standards, and maintains clear communication with dispatch and warehouse staff. This position may involve early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record, with strong truck driving skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices, including hours-of-service and vehicle inspection requirements.
• Ability to safely load, secure, and unload products, with attention to product handling and basic physical stamina.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong time-management skills to meet delivery schedules.
• Good communication skills and professional customer service when interacting with clients and partners.
• Experience driving commercial trucks or delivery vehicles; food distribution experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
