Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.\n \n Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.### Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse, ICU - Nights! **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic nursing team where your expertise and compassion make a real difference in patients' lives! - **Impactful Role:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care. - Collaboratively prepare patients and families for discharge. - **Patient-Centered Care:** - Respect each individual and foster their sense of dignity. - Provide teaching based on unique learning needs and readiness. - **Professional Growth:** - Mentor colleagues as a preceptor or instructor. - Participate in professional development programs. - **Safety Focused:** - Proactively identify risks to patient safety and reduce errors. - Administer medications and intravenous therapy safely and effectively. - **Technical Expertise:** - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and EKG changes. - Manage mechanical ventilation and care for intubated patients. - Perform accurate assessments of arterial blood gases and gas exchange. - **Collaborative Environment:** - Engage in multidisciplinary rounds to provide coordinated patient care. - Document all interventions and patient responses thoroughly and timely. - **Critical Care Skills:** - Provide ongoing assessments in the immediate post-operative phase. - Address potential complications during recovery from sedation. - **Flexible Work Schedule:** - 36-Hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. - Weekly schedule includes every other weekend and holiday coverage. **Minimum Requirements:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred. - Previous telemetry experience required. - ICU experience is preferred. - Current MA RN License. - ACLS upon hire OR BLS card with the requirement to obtain AHA ACLS within 60 days. - CCRN certification preferred. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. - Frequently reach, handle, and feel. - Occasionally stoop and kneel. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
