Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Lead remote therapy sessions for diverse clients, including individuals and families.
Develop customized therapy plans and provide support through evidence-based strategies.
Help clients improve their relationships and emotional wellbeing.
Keep up-to-date with industry standards and continue professional development.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
Strong communication and time-management skills.
