Caregiver Floater/TrainerWe are seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to take on a dual role as a Caregiver Floater/Trainer. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about caregiving, enjoys mentoring others, and is flexible to step in and provide coverage when needed. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality care while supporting both our clients and caregiving team.Training & SupportTrain and mentor new caregivers in the fieldDemonstrate proper caregiving techniques, including personal care, transfers, and safety protocolsReinforce company policies, documentation standards, and best practicesProvide feedback to the office on caregiver performance and progressFloater / Shift CoverageFill in for open shifts due to call-offs, vacations, or new client start-upsProvide consistent, high-quality care across multiple clientsAdapt quickly to different care plans, environments, and client needsCaregiver Recruitment SupportAssist in identifying and referring potential caregiver candidatesLeverage personal networks and community connections to help bring in qualified caregiversRepresent the company positively when interacting with potential candidates in the fieldSupport occasional recruiting efforts such as job fairs or community outreachClient CareAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication remindersEnsure client safety and report any changes in conditionQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of caregiving experience (CNA preferred but not required)Strong knowledge of senior care, including dementia and mobility assistanceExcellent communication and leadership skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service areaAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive payFlexible scheduling with opportunity for additional hoursLeadership and growth opportunities within the agencyOngoing training and supportWhy Join Senior Helpers?Make a meaningful difference in seniors’ lives every dayBe part of a supportive, team-oriented environmentTake on a leadership role and help shape the caregiver team
