Lead Technician
Experience: 3+ years field experience as lead tech
Full-time: 40+ hrs /week, on call some weekends and evenings
Flexible hours to maintain healthy work life balance.
Pay: $30+ /hr plus (depending on experience) commission and bonuses, Company vehicle, Tool allowance, PTO, 9 Paid Holidays. PTO and bonuses apply after 45 day probationary term.

- Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
- Lead team on system installations
- Share on-call rotation duties with other team members
- Clean background with no felonies
- Drug free
- Clean driving record
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- 4+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to work within a team environment
