Description: As a Signal of New England Security Officer , you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Description: As a Signal of New England Security Officer , you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's communities, residents, and culture. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
• Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner
• Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
• Ensure all building access points are secure Qualifications & Requirements:
• Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
• Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionally
• Experience in residential security is a plus, but not required
• Candidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to apply
