Qualifications

Physical Capability: Frequently transport loads of up to 100 pounds and occasionally manipulate up to 250 pounds
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating machinery and hand tools with precision, prioritizing safety
Attention to Detail: Accurately recording production information using various methods
Quality Focus: Keen eye for identifying defects and taking initiative to repair them
Safety First Mindset: Champion a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols

Responsibilities

Create quality furniture through expert assembly techniques and precision craftsmanship
Maintain quality standards by performing detailed inspections, repairs, and refinements
Drive efficiency using modern tracking systems and digital tools to document production
Master specialized equipment and tools while following safety and operational best practices
Ensure product excellence through careful packaging and preparation for delivery
