Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in electrical maintenance, industrial electronics, or a related field is a plus. Electrical certifications are beneficial but not required.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance role. Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial electrical systems and equipment. Experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure. Ability to identify equipment failures and recommend corrective actions and improvements. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and industrial safety procedures. Ability to determine required parts, materials, and equipment needed to complete maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 12-hour shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing may be required. Ability to safely work around moving machinery and industrial equipment. Ability to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical components on industrial machinery and facility equipment. Perform corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective repair solutions. Make recommendations for electrical system improvements and equipment upgrades. Determine and obtain the parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete maintenance projects. Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur. Support the operation of plant machinery, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure. Maintain maintenance records and communicate equipment issues to supervisors as needed. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and maintenance standards. Perform additional maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
