Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help pediatric patients reach their goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and abilities
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver coordinated care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Participate in orientation and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• New graduates welcome; pediatric or orthopedic experience a plus

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
