Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing in Minnesota to lead our nursing team at the Hopkins Restorative Care Center in Hopkins, Minnesota . As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee nursing operations, support your clinical team, and drive quality care to our patients. If you are a passionate and experienced nurse leader with a track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and survey readiness
Support and develop clinical teams, including nurses, CNAs, and Unit Managers
Drive quality initiatives and implement process improvements
Collaborate with Unit Managers to lead clinical processes and support staff
Provide coaching and guidance to staff, focusing on growth and development
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

RN license required
Skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead from the floor, develop nurses and CNAs, and work with Unit Managers
Knowledge of surveys, care plans, staffing, and quality initiatives
