Love coaching, connecting with people, and making fitness fun? Join SPENGA Ann Arborand lead a workout that combines spin, strength, and yoga in one 60-minute experience.

We’re looking for enthusiastic instructors who make members feel welcome, capable, and excited to come back. Bring your fitness foundation and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training to help you lead the SPENGA experience.

Location: SPENGA Ann Arbor
Schedule: Part-time, mornings and evenings
Compensation: $35 - $55 per session, commission bonuses, socal media profit sharing

What you’ll do

• Lead engaging spin, strength, and yoga sessions using the SPENGA model.
  
  
• Instruct groups of up to 24 people with clear instruction, encouragement, and safe exercise modifications.
  
  
• Arrive prepared and help set up and reset equipment before and after sessions.
  
  
• Build relationships that help members feel supported and keep them coming back.
  
  
• Promote studio events, bring new people into the SPENGA community, and contribute to studio sales.
  
  
• Represent SPENGA with energy and professionalism in the studio and the community.
  
  
• Discuss goals with new prospects and make training recommendations.

What you’ll bring

• Personal training or group fitness experience. Spin and yoga certifications are a plus—you don’t need them to apply.
  
  
• Confidence leading a group and a welcoming approach to different fitness levels.
  
  
• A willingness to learn the SPENGA method and grow as an instructor.
  
  
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Enthusiasm for introducing people to SPENGA and helping them meet their fitness goals.
  
  
• Reliability, preparation, and a team mindset.
  

Training and audition

Our hiring process includes an audition and successful completion of our in-house SPENGA certification program. Training is provided at no cost and combines online learning with hands-on guidance from our management team.
