Clinical Manager (Licensed)

$45.25 - $54.3 per hour

About CBI Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency founded in 1982 as a non‑profit organization. It offers residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness across Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Oregon, and the District of Columbia. CBI’s principal mission is “maintaining the dignity of human life.” Clinical Manager Clinical Manager conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffings and provides guidance to assigned clinical teams, including during on‑call shifts, in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure as well as contractual, state, and federal requirements and ethical standards. The Clinical Manager reviews Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, provides feedback to staff, and authorizes BHP sign‑off. The Clinical Manager works directly with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure effective and efficient clinical programming and services that address patient/participant and community needs. Skills and Requirements Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health and license at the independent or associate level with The Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, Oregon Board of Psychology or Board of Licensed Social Workers. 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health care related work experience preferred; exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations is desired.
