Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing care plans as directed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and nursing interventions
• Float to sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience required
• Must be willing to commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and specific scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submission
• Must meet background screening requirements; facility does not accept background hits
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
• Familiarity with neonatal care protocols and high-acuity patient management
