Your Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion, based on customer needs) On-call/afterhours rotation is part of this role (additional spiffs/bonuses are available for afterhours work) Needed Skills and Qualifications for Success in this Role: 2+ Years of HVAC Service/Maintenance Experience Valid Driver's License and an Insurable Driving Record EPA and RMGA Certified N.A.T.E Core and Specialty Certifications Experience with More Complex Sheet Metal Fittings Willingness to invest in Tools and Service Training Ability to Work from Extension and Step Ladders Professional Appearance and Positive Attitude at All Times Strong Communication Skills with Homeowners, Supervisors, and Other Trades Leadership Potential, and Responsibility in Your Role Ability to Operate Scissor Lifts and Genie Lifts Safely Experience with Service Titan Software is Preferred, but not Required Ability to Follow Directions (Written and Verbal) to Meet Project Specifications Ability Provide Top-Tier Customer Service, Ensuring our Clients are Happy and Comfortable Ability Represent ABT Mechanical with Integrity, Honesty, and Care in All Customer Interactions Ready to Join Us?
