Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to build relationships with local businesses, identify new opportunities, and help employers provide valuable benefits to their employees. This 1099 role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, presenting, and developing long-term business partnerships. You will have access to training, sales resources, and ongoing support while building your own territory in the Indiana market. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers. Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, appointments, and community involvement. Identify employer needs and present customized employee-benefit solutions. Conduct business presentations and employee benefit discussions. Manage the sales process from initial contact through implementation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong experience for clients and their employees. Stay current on industry trends, products, and market opportunities. Represent the organization professionally throughout the Green Bay community. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and with a team. Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Sales, business development, recruiting, insurance, financial services, or management experience is a plus.
