Workday schedules may be 10 12 hours/liliOccasional travel on the weekends may be required/liliPrivate hotel room for traveling employees at ZERO cost AND per diem/li/ul/liliWe offer the opportunity to grow professionally ulliState of the Art CORE Safety Training Program with safety gear provided/liliFlexible career paths with opportunities for advancement and growth/liliEncouragement to pursue new roles nationwide, explore a variety of projects, and work with mentors and experts who help shape the industry/li/ul/liliOffer of employment is conditional upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test and maintaining a clean driving record, in accordance with DOT requirements./li/ulpHeres an idea of what you can expect to do:/pulliOperate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency/liliMaintain daily drilling reports/liliEnsure equipment is in safe working condition and conduct routine and preventative maintenance, as needed/liliLead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees and maintaining a safe environment/liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of MSDS, CEUs and JSAs/liliApprove employee timesheets/liliComplete well logs, logbook, repair orders, tailgates, and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports/liliPromote positive and professional relationships with team members and clients/liliMaintain all required certifications/liliBe able to safely lift up to 50 pounds/liliCompletes other duties and projects, as assigned/li/ulpHeres what we require:/pulliCDL Class A and State Driller License is preferred/lili3+ years experience in the drilling industry, with at least one (1) year of experience operating a variety of rigs (i.e. sonic, rotary, auger)/liliNegative drug test/liliSatisfactory results of a background check (and your authorization to conduct a routine background check) offenses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis/liliPossessing a valid Drivers License for the state in which you reside and satisfactory results of a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is an essential requirement to function in this job/liliObtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle/liliPassing a HAZWOPER physical/liliVerifying your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA)/liliRespiratory Protection will be required to be worn if specified by a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, or when air monitoring indicates potential for exposure levels to reach an established action, level, threshold limit value (TLV), or permissible exposure limit (PEL).
