Journeyworker, Industrial Electrician

Job Description Join us as a Journeyworker, Industrial Electrician at our Brillion, WI location. In this role, you’ll help create and maintain an environment where equipment operates safely, reliably, and exactly as designed. Pay: Starting at $35.00/hour plus $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Schedule & Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM. Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment. Reading and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment. Completing preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks. Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures. Communicating with all levels via reports, e‑mail, verbally, and in group settings. Qualifications Completion of a State Licensed Journeyworker Apprenticeship Program required. Minimum of 5 years professional experience preferred. Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial electrical equipment. Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces. Experience with power distribution infrastructure. Electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing. Work Environment Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day. Must be able to use hands to position parts in place. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35lbs. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
