DC Team Member - Outbound

Warehouse Associate, Picker/Packer – Animal Health Location: Southaven, MS We are seeking a DC Team Member – Outbound responsible for fulfilling and shipping customer orders within a distribution center environment. Responsibilities Pull products accurately and efficiently from stock for customer orders. Ensure orders are filled using first‑expiration‑first (FEFO) approach. Carefully pack orders to match invoice, correct quantities, and include required brochures/materials. Ship products in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, including labeling, packaging, and logging for hazardous materials. Maintain accurate manifest documents and select the most economical shipping method. Qualifications No work experience required; minimum 18 years of age. Preferred: 6 months’ experience in a warehouse or production environment. Ability to read and understand English, product descriptions, labels, and basic math for accurate quantities. Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts). Physical Demands / Work Environment Lift and transport 30 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally. Stand/walk on concrete for the shift, bend, stoop, and reach; may work in cooler environment 35–46°F. Flexible to work mandatory overtime during normal workweek as needed.
