Residential Compliance & Training Specialist
Holland Residential LLC
Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Residential Compliance Specialist to ensure local tax credit housing program compliance. You will review certifications, verify income, and prepare regulatory reporting, partnering with property teams to resolve issues and maintain documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience with MFTE, MULTE, ARCH, and BMR programs.
