Production Associate
Join our team as a Production Associate and be an integral part of a dynamic manufacturing environment. This long-term opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour, based on a structured schedule that ensures a consistent work routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operation and safety.
- Conduct quality inspections on products to meet strict quality standards.
- Perform basic assembly, sorting, and packaging tasks to support the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and production guidelines at all times to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Be flexible to work overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed to meet production demands.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Successful passage of a matching test to demonstrate understanding of job duties.
- Attend an on-site tour prior to starting work.
- Fluent in spoken and written English to ensure clear communication and safety compliance.
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:00 AM 2:30 PM.
