Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience for a high-volume breast care center requiring ARRT-Mammo certification.
Details
- Work in a high-volume Women's Breast Care Center seeing approximately 100 patients per day
- Imaging services include Breast Ultrasound, Bone Density, Mammograms, and breast biopsy procedures
- Hologic mammography equipment used
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
- ARRT-Mammo certification and BLS required
- License required if applicable
- At least one prior travel assignment preferred due to high patient volume and fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Returning staff who previously worked at the facility permanently must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
