What You'll Be Doing • Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production. • Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and workplace safety. • Load, move, and handle materials in accordance with operating procedures and quality standards. • Complete basic maintenance, housekeeping, and operational tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while following all safety and environmental requirements. What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated commitment to safety and the ability to follow established procedures and standards. • Ability to operate, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Capability to perform physical tasks and work effectively in a hands-on operational setting. • Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and priorities. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
