Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in high-risk labor and delivery settings.
• Administer medications and treatments, including magnesium sulfate and insulin drips.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor inductions and augmentations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory and physical therapy services.
• Participate in emergency interventions for maternal and fetal complications.
• Float to Mother/Baby or other units as required to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Washington or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar environment.
• Proficient in the use of electronic fetal monitoring and labor management techniques.
