About The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee masonry restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. This role combines construction estimating and project management , with responsibility for developing accurate project estimates, managing budgets, coordinating schedules, working with subcontractors and field crews, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, historical pricing, and unit costs. Review project scopes and requirements to develop accurate labor, material, and subcontractor pricing. Prepare clear project breakdowns and present estimates to clients and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Allocate labor, materials, subcontractors, and other resources to support project requirements. Create and maintain detailed construction schedules. Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule, budget, or scope issues. Coordinate with office personnel, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified subcontractors and vendors. Solicit subcontractor pricing and negotiate costs and contract terms. Assist with project planning and pre-construction activities. Manage required project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements. Maintain accurate project records, budgets, schedules, and communications. Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve project issues throughout the construction process. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or a combination of both. Cost estimating experience is required. Experience working in the masonry or construction industry strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing. Ability to develop accurate estimates and manage project budgets. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, office personnel, and field teams. Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented approach to project management. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a Masonry Project Manager / Estimator or construction professional who understands both the estimating and project execution sides of the business. You should be comfortable developing estimates, analyzing subcontractor and supplier pricing, managing budgets and schedules, negotiating costs, and communicating directly with clients. Masonry restoration experience is highly preferred , particularly experience with residential or commercial restoration projects. Someone who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with field teams, subcontractors, and clients will be well suited for this role.
