Responsibilities • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Assist servers by clearing dishes and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor dining area to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
• Ensure all food items meet quality standards before delivery to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and care. Qualifications • Stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long shifts.
• Memorize table numbers and the restaurant layout.
• Speak clearly and work well in a fast-paced team.
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude with guests.
• Follow basic food safety and hygiene rules.
