Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients, promote a variety of insurance products, and build strong customer relationships. Your enthusiasm and sales expertise will drive growth and help clients find the coverage they need to protect their future.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: seek and pursue news sales opportunities
• Client Consultation: stay informed about insurance regulations, product updates, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice
• Relationship Management: Assist with sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining client records
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
• Computer Skills: Utilize CRM tools and standard office software

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities effectively
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance in all sales activities
• Valid state insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain licenses within required timeframe)
• This is not a remote position
