Looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We are hiring Machine Operators to work in a modern machine shop environment. If you have basic mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we provide training to help you succeed.

• Set up and operate CNC Mazak machines.
• Load and unload materials and parts.
• Measure, inspect, and clean finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Basic understanding of measurements and inspections.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• CNC machine operation experience.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
