Extrusion Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: $19.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $20.10/hr
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Extrusion Operators. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment. Entry-level to moderate experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Inspect parts coming off extrusion machines to ensure quality standards are met
- Remove flash and excess plastic from finished products
- Identify and separate non-conforming products
- Package finished goods and apply labels accurately
- Prepare boxes and labeling materials for production
- Report machine or production issues to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a medium to fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
- Entry-level to moderate experience accepted
- Steel-toe boots are required for Extrusion Operators
- Dress code: Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe footwear
