Job Title : Client Support Specialist II (Customer Service Representative)

Location : Tempe, AZ 85281

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with benefits and HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while resolving client issues.
  • Guide customers on using company tools and online resources.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer concerns.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple applications.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
