Job Summary

Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician responsible for delivering safe and therapeutically effective patient care in the operating room. The role includes maintaining the work area, preparing and maintaining instrumentation and equipment, scrubbing a wide variety of surgical cases, and participating in 24-hour call coverage.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Washington State surgical technician license; current Basic Life Support (BLS)/cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification at hire.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, and maintaining operating room instrumentation and equipment; scrubbing a wide variety of surgical cases; maintaining the operating room work area; ensuring safe and therapeutically effective patient care; and participating in 24-hour call coverage.
