Hybrid Multifamily Underwriting Associate
Lument
Lument is seeking an Associate to support underwriting of multifamily mortgage financing programs. You will drive document requests, analyze credit and financial information, and help determine risk while collaborating with underwriting teams and borrowers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in commercial real estate, with familiarity in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily programs.
