Strategic Executive Recruiter - Corporate Functions

Truist Inc

Truist is seeking a Lead Executive Recruiter to provide advanced talent acquisition leadership for Corporate Functions in an in-office capacity in Charlotte. You will lead high-impact executive searches, translate workforce needs into search strategies, and advise senior leaders on market conditions and candidate pools. The role requires 10+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder influence, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Workday/Phenom is a plus.
