Minimum qualifications and responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Design, implement and deploy PeopleSoft HCM solutions
- Implementation of the PeopleSoft Human Resources/Benefits Administration/Payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
