Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Skilled in conducting assessments, SPED processes, and running skill groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Commitment to supporting students' academic, social, and emotional needs
• Availability for on-site, in-person work (no virtual roles)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload within a single elementary school, supporting students with IEPs and other needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility and reevaluation meetings
• Provide direct interventions and counseling through skill groups and individual sessions
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement relevant supports
• Contribute to data-driven decision making for student progress
• Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
