As a Scuba Diving Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of confident and skilled divers. You will be responsible for conducting scuba diving courses, guiding underwater excursions, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for our diverse clientele. Job responsibilities Deliver comprehensive scuba diving courses based on industry standards. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and levels of experience. Provide clear and engaging theoretical instruction on diving principles, equipment, and safety procedures. Lead confined water sessions and open water dives to help students apply theoretical knowledge. Provide hands-on instruction on essential scuba skills, buoyancy control, and emergency procedures. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all practical training sessions. Qualifications Current scuba diving instructor certification from a recognized agency (e.g., PADI Instructor, NAUI Instructor). Current certification in first aid and CPR. Proven experience as a scuba diving instructor with a track record of successful student certifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
