Social Media Marketing Associate

Position Overview

DHD Consulting is seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Associate to support content creation, campaign execution, and daily social media management across multiple active brands.

This opportunity is ideal for a creative, organized, and proactive individual seeking hands-on experience in social media marketing, short-form content, and brand development. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with the marketing team to plan, produce, publish, and monitor content across multiple digital platforms.

One week may involve filming and editing short-form content for a restaurant launch, while another may focus on a beauty brand, creator collaboration, pop-up event, or live brand activation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing social media strategies across multiple brand accounts

• Support content production, including planning, filming, editing, caption writing, and publishing

• Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

• Help maintain content calendars, production schedules, and campaign timelines

• Research social media trends, competitors, creators, and emerging content formats

• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages as directed

• Track content performance and assist with preparing analytics reports

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms

• Support influencer and creator outreach, coordination, and campaign execution

• Assist with retail events, pop-ups, photoshoots, and experiential marketing activations

• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing projects and brand initiatives

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required

• Korean language ability is welcome but not required

• Previous professional, internship, or academic experience in marketing, communications, media, content creation, or a related field

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends

• Basic experience with filming, photography, video editing, or graphic design

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and take initiative

• Ability to collaborate with a team and complete assignments independently

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or similar content-production tools is preferred but not required.
