Our organization , a distinguished academic and quaternary medical center recognized with four Magnet designations, is in search of dedicated Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) who are eager to deliver outstanding patient care.
Our perioperative department serves over 30,000 patients annually, encompassing a wide array of surgical and procedural specialties with varying complexities. We embrace a team practice model that empowers CRNAs to operate with autonomy and utilize their full scope of practice.

Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Anesthesia
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner License in Illinois

What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $265,000 - $285,000 annually
Actual compensation will be determined within this range and may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to peers in similar positions. - Signing bonus of $100,000
