The leadership team are highly hands-on, ambitious, and committed to building one of the leading Cost Management consultancies in North America. Our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join their New York office, supporting the delivery of premium commercial fit-out and workplace projects across Manhattan and wider NYC. This is far more than a standard Quantity Surveying role, the business offers genuine progression opportunities, exposure to elite clients, and the chance to grow quickly within a fast-moving organisation. The Role You will be responsible for delivering full pre and post-contract cost management services across high-end commercial interiors and workplace fit-out projects. Responsibilities will include: Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration Managing day-to-day commercial oversight of multiple projects Producing and presenting cost reports to clients and stakeholders Managing variations, change control, and contractor negotiations Supporting procurement and tender processes Conducting monthly valuations and assisting with final accounts Working closely with Project Managers and wider delivery teams throughout construction phases Building strong client relationships with leading corporate occupiers and developers Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience Experience delivering commercial fit-out / workplace / interiors projects Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a growing consultancy environment Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills Visa / Passport Requirements Due to US visa restrictions, applicants must hold one of the following: British Passport Australian Passport US Passport (E2/E3 visa sponsorship available for eligible British and Australian nationals.)
