Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment requiring Cerner EMR experience.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting at an outpatient clinic
• 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, scheduled 09:00-18:00
• Must be open to work any day of the week; self-scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Active PT license required at time of consideration
• License required if applicable
• Must meet required experience for the position
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in EMR experience and employment history
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Social Security number required for consideration (full SSN preferred, last 4 digits acceptable)
• At least 1 professional reference required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market
• RTO should be kept to less than 7 days
• Returning Tenet employees or travelers must disclose prior employment history with Tenet facilities
