Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or a compact state license
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based Medical Surgical environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new facility workflows and systems
